You will support the improvement of operations of 10 group companies in the areas of accounting human resources
general affairs and legal affairs under your supervisor
while aiming to become a management executive in the future
In order to improve your sense of balance in management

you will be transferred to one of our group companies to gain practical experience aiming to develop your career as a generalist
橋梁保全や鉄骨の加工、木材リサイクル等の建設系事業を行うTAKUMINOグループ全体の経営の舵取りを行うのがTAKUMINOホールディングスです。M&Aによるグループの拡大、経営の意思決定のスピード向上、 全社経営資源の最適配置等グループ全体をリードするお仕事です。
具体的には、M&Aやグループ会社の採用や経理、財務についてのサポートを行うグループ会社支援、ホールディングス自体の人事、総務法務、財務等を行っています。幅広い業務の中でジョブローテーション含めて実務経験を積み、ゼネラリストとして、経営層幹部を育成します。

今回、幹部候補生としての新卒採用です。全体では500人規模のグループ企業ながら、ベンチャーのスピード感で業務が進行していきますので、皆さんにはその中で各社の経営全般を勉強しながらグループの人事制度を作ったり、収益改善のサポートをする等、より働きやすい環境づくりのためのお仕事をおまかせしたいと思います。
